Your money is safe
Every multi-day booking with UK Photo Tours is fully financially protected under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. If UK Photography Tours Ltd were to become insolvent before or during your tour, you would receive a full refund or, where you have already departed, repatriation at no extra cost to you. Single-day workshops are not packages under the Regulations, so this protection does not apply to them.

This protection applies to all payments made to UK Photography Tours Ltd for package tours we operate. It does not extend to third-party purchases you make independently (e.g. your own travel insurance, personal transport, or accommodation booked separately).
Making a claim
We sincerely hope you will never need to use this protection. If you do, here is the process:
An administration order is declared
Protection is triggered when an administration or insolvency order is formally declared in respect of UK Photography Tours Ltd. You will be notified directly if this occurs.
Contact Evolution Insurance Solutions within 14 days
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the administration order being declared. Contact Evolution Insurance Solutions Limited by email at claims@evo-insurance.com or in writing to 53A High Street, Saffron Walden, Essex CB10 1AA.
Provide your proof of booking and payment
You will need your booking confirmation, your insurance certificate (issued to you at the time of deposit), and evidence of the payments you made. Keep these documents safe.
Receive your refund
Once your claim is verified and approved, you will receive a refund of the amounts you paid, up to the limits of the policy. Repatriation will be arranged directly where applicable.
